Dr Neena Gupta goes above and beyond for her patients. She calls back immediately and makes sure you are getting the care you need. Called me on a Sunday to give me blood results and to get to hospital as I needed transfusions. I’ve never seen a Dr more concerned for her patients.
I can’t say how happy that I found Dr. Gupta again! I originally saw her at Broward Health. I didn’t go to the doctor as much as I should or needed to because Broward Health was the worse. I always had to wait over two hours in the front room and 45 minutes in the examining room. Who has 3-4 hours for a doctor’s visit? That takes money out of your pocket when being pulled away from work that long. Dr. Gupta’s office was easy peasy! I was right in and out within 45 minutes and the staff was able to take my blood work without multiple pokes. Didn’t even feel the needle. Dr. Gupta doesn’t forget her patients either and has the best bedside manner. When I saw her she gave me a great big hug! That just makes you feel super special.
