We offer a full range of obstetrics and gynecology services with particular attention to a holistic, natural approach. Dr. Sancetta is one of the few doctors in South Florida who offers vaginal birth after cesarean, breech external version, and has a very high vaginal delivery rate (over 90%). In addition, Dr. Sancetta offers a variety of cosmetic and body procedures, including botox, fillers, and liposuction. A natural holistic approach to labor and delivery with a high successful vaginal birth rate. Dr. Sancetta is part owner of Holistic South Pregnancy and Birth Center and welcomes patients with birth plans.
Office procedures include endometrial ablation, tubal ligation, and management of excessive bleeding. Dr. Sancetta rarely recommends hysterectomy for patients since simple minor surgical procedures can reduce the need for hysterectomy in most cases.

In patients who have heavy vaginal bleeding, many can be successfully treated with ablation instead of hysterectomy. If you are already scheduled for a hysterectomy, Dr. Sancetta can offer a free phone consultation to discuss whether you are a candidate for an alternative approach.
