Dr. Margarita Taboas-Mestre
Dr. Margarita Taboas was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami and attended medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine. In 2002, she completed her pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill and began working at Lincoln Community Health Center, caring for the medically underserved of Durham, NC. Upon her return to Miami in 2005, she joined private practice.
Dr. Taboas is specialty certified in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics and the Florida Board of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married and has three children.
