About Us
Dr. Lisa Perez-Grossman has been providing pediatric care to children in Southwest Miami Dade for over two decades. Throughout the years, Dr. Perez-Grossman has cultivated a familial atmosphere in her practice which has allowed her the opportunity to now care for second generations of patients. In 2013, Yaneli Inoa, PA-C joined the medical care team and together with Dr. Perez-Grossman strives to practice evidence-based medicine while ensuring quality and safety of the patient. We are grateful for the privilege of providing whole-person care for our patients from infancy into adolescence.
We’re proud of the outstanding patient relationships we’ve built over the years, and grateful to our patients and their parents for continuing to recommend us to their loved ones. 99% of our referral visits are from new patients recommended by a friend or family member they trust.
In 2017, Perez-Grossman, LLC became recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, and as such, the physician-directed medical care team seeks to maintain and uphold the care values which include: enhanced access, quality and safety, care coordination, whole-person orientation, and continuity of care. Utilizing the latest technology, our practice offers patients telehealth visits as well as 24/7 access to their electronic health record via a secure patient portal.
