We are a Family Practice located in Pembroke Pines, FL where our health care professionals can help you get and stay healthy, manage a chronic condition and coordinate the specialty services you need. We offer diagnostic and preventative testing. We also provide Weight Loss & Wellness Programs and Allergy Testing. We accept almost all insurance types, including: PPO’s/HMO’s, Medicare, Molina, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Molina, and many more.
