Dr. Eduardo Lopez del Castillo, MD
Dr. Eduardo Lopez del Castillo is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
A native of Cuba, Dr. Lopez del Castillo began his medical education at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Camaguey, Cuba where he graduated with honors in 2008. He then completed his family medicine residency at West Kendall Baptist Hospital/FIU in Miami where he was honored to be selected Chief Resident.
Dr. Lopez del Castillo has worked in several international humanitarian health projects including being a volunteer doctor in Haiti during residency.
Dr. Lopez del Castillo speaks English and Spanish.

Maria Pereda, APRN, is a distinguished Family Nurse Practitioner Specialist based in Miami, FL, with a rich and diverse medical background. Graduating with honors from the Institute of Medical Sciences in Pinar del Rio, Cuba, in 1987, she honed her skills as a family doctor for over 18 years before moving to the United States. Driven by a passion for patient care, she transitioned to the role of a Registered Nurse upon her arrival in the U.S., accumulating invaluable experience over 14 years. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her recent graduation from Miami Regional University in 2020, showcasing dedication to staying at the forefront of healthcare practices. Pereda’s extensive experience, coupled with her commitment to lifelong learning, positions her as a trusted healthcare professional in the diverse and dynamic healthcare landscape of Miami.
