Biography
Akemy S. Dominguez is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience. Akemy grew her passion for gynecology while practicing in the surgical setting alongside gynecologist/oncologist. She now brings her passion for woman’s health to her current practice at Lievano-Perez Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Akemy earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Miami Dade College, she later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing where she graduated top of her class “summa cum laude”. Akemy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist, as well as a member of the America Academy of Antiaging Medicine.
Akemy treats a full spectrum of gynecological patients. She is a certified provider of bioidentical hormone replacement for females and males alike. Additionally, she is proficient in vaginal rejuvenation treatments as well as various aesthetic procedures utilizing INMODE medical devices.
Miami has always been Akemy’s home. She loves practicing in her hometown and serving her community. Her practice encompasses a holistic approach geared to overall wellness, with a focus on educating clients on methods to stay healthy and age well.
