Beatriz Jimenez, M.D.

Born in Guantánamo, Cuba and raised in Miami since early teenage years.

After completing two years of college in Miami and with a strong background in the pharmacy field, I attended medical school in the Dominican Republic, where I graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo. I then completed my Pediatrics Residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center/Weill Cornell Medicine in the Bronx, New York. My three years in New York’s culturally diverse environment were invaluable, but returning to Miami to give back to the community that supported me has always been my priority and ultimate goal.

As a pediatrician, I specialize in offering compassionate and current medical care. My main focus is to support the growth and development of all children who come to me, from birth until late adolescence, providing them and their families with the necessary tools for a healthy lifestyle and positive mental health.

Personally I’m passionate about dancing and traveling, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’ve been married for almost two decades, have two wonderful boys, along with two friendly and playful golden-doodles.
