As your uterus expands you may feel more aches and pain than what you are used to, particularly in the back, abdomen and groin area. As the baby grows the pressure in the pelvic area is going to increase. Throughout the course of pregnancy you may feel pain in areas where you originally have no pain. Your feet may begin to swell because of the added weight caused by the pregnancy. The heavier you get the more your joints will hurt and you have to be careful of doing tasks that may not have caused you pain in the past but now bring you more pain than ever before. Make sure you place enough padding when you sleep in order for you to feel comfortable.
