NCCN Guideline changes
We are so happy to announce the changes made to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines for patients with Ashkenazi Jewish Ancestry. We have worked tirelessly to push for this change so that testing can be expanded based on ancestry.
Ashkenazi Jewish men and women are disproportionately more likely to carry hereditary genetic mutations that can markedly increase their lifetime risk of cancer. Most people are not aware, and most will not have a family history.
