With state of the art offices in Miramar, FL and Weston, FL, Dr. Victor Cantero of Comprehensive Women’s Center OB-GYN, minimally invasive surgery and is certified in robotic surgery/single-port approaches, urogynecology, pelvic floor repair procedures, hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic and cosmetic gynecology.

Dr. Cantero is board certified in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a fellow member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and the American Medical Association. He is also a member of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at various hospitals around south Florida.

A native of Asunción, Paraguay, Dr. Victor Cantero graduated at the top of his class and obtained his medical degree at the National University of Asunción in 1998, where he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the same teaching hospital. Dr. Cantero migrated to the United States in 2005 and completed his U.S.-based training in obstetrics and gynecology at Wayne State University, Cornell University, Detroit Medical Center and Flushing Hospital Medical Center.

With many expectant moms among his patients, Dr. Cantero enjoys labor and delivery and strives to provide the most up-to-date and evidence-based care possible.
