Because of advancements in laparoscopic surgery, many of these procedures can be performed on an outpatient basis, allowing for quicker recovery times. And several can even be done in the office. The benefits of in-office procedures include less anesthesia, quicker recovery, shorter procedure time, and less expense.
We will walk you through the benefits and risks associated with each approach, and discuss what is best for you and your specific circumstances. Once you and the provider decide on your goals and how best to reach them, the team will give you thorough pre and post operative instructions.
