Dr. Mauricio Bitran received his medical degree from the University Of Chile School Of Medicine in January 1977. After completing two years in the Chilean Navy as a general surgeon, he then completed a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Catholic University of Chile becoming a diplomate and board certified. He moved to the United States and completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he became a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. Dr. Bitran established his private practice in Miami Beach, Florida in July 1988.
Dr. Bitran has dedicated his professional life to the practice of general Obstetrics and Gynecology bringing together a mixture of human sensitivity, clinical skills, and the advancements in technology along with his four decades of training and practice.
