After the initial message or text, you will have access to “Klara,” our secure HIPAA-compliant messaging platform.
On weekdays, you should expect to hear back from us the same day. Messages received during the weekend are usually answered on Monday morning. Please do not use “Klara” in the case of an emergency.

Please take a moment to download and print the forms applicable to your situation.
Please complete all necessary forms prior to your first visit to reduce your waiting time. Initial visits usually take longer than subsequent appointments, so please allow for time accordingly.
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to your first appointment to check in and give the forms to our receptionist.
If you have previously been under care of another physician, please bring those records with you or have them sent to our office prior to your first appointment.
