Dr. Joseph Triana was born in Miami, FL and founded Bayshore Women’s Healthcare in 2004. He graduated from the University of Miami and later attended Ponce school of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. There, he graduated with honors and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr Triana played an integral role in the development of the robotic surgery program at Mercy Hospital and served as vice chairman of the department of obstetrics and gynecology At Mercy Hospital for 4 years.
