Dr. Manuel Fernandez is a board-certified skilled and experience emergency physician and family doctor. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology in 1995. Then proceeded to do his medical education at the UPR School of Medicine where he graduated with distinction in 1999. He went on to complete his Emergency Medicine residency training at the UPR School of Medicine Emergency Medicine Program. He has been practicing Emergency Medicine since 2002 and has been an attending physician at Memorial Hospital Pembroke Emergency Department (Memorial Healthcare System) since 2003. Since 2010, Dr. Fernandez has been practicing, as well, as a Primary Care physician at Boriken Family Health and Wellness Center. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine in 2003 with recertification in 2013.

Dr. Noreen Zambrana is a board certified skilled and experience family doctor. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), Rio Piedras Campus with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1995. Then, she proceeded to do her medical education at the UPR School of Medicine from where she graduated in 1999. She went on to complete her Family Medicine residency training at the UPR School of Medicine in the Family Medicine Program in 2002. She is board certified in Family Medicine with multiple re-certifications. She has been practicing Family Medicine/Primary Care since 2003. She founded Boriken Family Health and Wellness Center in 2010, since then has had a growing private practice. Dr. Zambrana has been able to balance practicing medicine with the labor-intense responsibility of taking care of her family, three children and her husband. She is on staff at the Memorial Healthcare System.

I have worked in private practice in Miami since 1983 (apart from working for the Miami VA Health System for five years). Dr. Michael S. Hirsch is a family medicine doctor in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Harrison is dedicated to providing quality care by getting to know her patients as individuals and focusing on preventive care. She incorporates lifestyle modification into disease treatment and prevention recommendations. Dr. Harrison was voted Palm Beach Illustrated’s Top Doctor 2020 in Family Medicine. Dr. Harrison received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and earned her MD though a combined degree program through Rutgers University and Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center an affiliate of Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson, where she was Chief Resident. Dr. Harrison helped establish a branch of the nationally renowned One Medical Group practice in Washington, DC. one block from the White House. Dr. Harrison then went on to practice at TMC One Medical Group in Tuscon, AZ prior to moving to Florida in order to be closer to family. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking healthy meals, and running.

Dr. Paul T. Bates is a family medicine doctor in Davie, Florida. He received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Dr. Glenn Moran is a board-certified osteopathic physician in South Florida. He was a resident at Nova Southeastern University Medical Center. He has a private family medical practice in Plantation, Florida.

Dr. Neena Gupta was brought up in Iowa, the heart of Family Medicine. She has been in private practice in Margate, Florida for over 30 years. Dr. Gupta is married with three kids and five grand kids. She constantly strives to do her best in all that she does.

Dr. Ava Wolf Rosenberg is board-certified in family practice. She earned her medical degree from New York Institute of Technology-NY College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988 and completed her internship at Peninsula Hospital Center in 1989. In 1992, Dr. Wolf Rosenberg completed her residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital.

Dr. Andrea H. Sommers is board-certified in family practice.
